Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov is to make an official visit to Moscow from January 20 to 22. According to Parvanov's administration, the purpose of the visit is to resurrect former ties between Bulgaria and Russia. Official sources say that Parvanov intends to sign an agreement with Vladimir Putin on increasing trade and easing visa procedures between the two countries.
