Russian Attitudes to US Getting Worse

In particular, they said that Russia 'will face economic problems caused by a fall in oil prices,' Russian 'economic ties with Iraq will be broken,' and 'access to Iraq's oil reserves will be closed' for Russia. As a result, the majority of those polled believe that the standard of living will fall in Russia.

Some of those questioned said that the US will use its victory to 'force its rules on Russia' and will eventually 'enslave it.' Only 5% of those polled believe that 'Russia will not lose anything' if the US defeats Iraq.
