CEO of Allied Healthcare International Inc. steps down

Sarah Eames will step down as Allied Healthcare International Inc.’s Interim CEO and Deputy Chairman of the Board and will continue to serve as the Company's Executive Vice President until April 16, 2008.

She will be replaced by Alexander ( Sandy ) Young on Monday, the company said.

Allied Healthcare International Inc. covers over 90 percent of the U.K. and is able to combine the strength of a national network with the local availability of care workers, qualified nurses, healthcare assistants, support workers and theatre staff to provide a vital support service which is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
