"The construction of the plant for processing natural gas will be of great importance for the entire gas industry in the region. The plant will also be important for the implementation of a large energy project - the construction of the new YAGRES-2 power plant, which would require a large amount of gas," deputy chairman of Yakutia, Pavel Marinychev said. In addition, it will create huge industrial capacities in Yakutia. The construction of YAGRES-2 will begin this year.

In particular, he added, it goes about the creation of gas-purification production. He offered the administration of the republic to consider the participation of the German company in this project,. In response, Pavel Marinychev stated that the suggestion was a good opportunity to strengthen the emerging business ties further.
