It appears alongside another article titled GEORGE W. BUSH: RUSSIA AND THE U.S. HAVE MADE POSITIVE PROGRESS IN THEIR EFFORT TO ACHIEVE MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING. This may have gone unnoticed by some. But as someone old enough to remember living under the dictate of Mutual Assured Destruction, I find it amazing how the two former mortal enemies are talking these days. Good for them!
