Russian Interior Ministry disproves the information appearing in some mass media that special operations in Chechnya are halted. Sources in the ministry underline that no changes occurred in the activity of Interior Ministry units on Chechen territory. Interior troops and Interior Ministry units are working according to the plans, the information goes. A special remark says five enemy outposts have been destroyed and two people arrested on suspicion of belonging to illegal armed formations only within this day. In addition, fire arms, ammunition and explosives have been confiscated.
