The level of crime among servicemen is 2-2.5 times lower than in the country as whole, said Russian Deputy Prosecutor General, Chief Military Prosecutor Alexander Savenkov at a Wednesday news conference in RIA Novosti.
"There is a tendency towards lowering the number of very grave and grave crimes, the crimes committed with a group of persons, as well as the intentional infliction of grave damage, crimes against property and also in the sphere of illegal weapon and drug trafficking," underscored the chief military prosecutor.
