Terrorist Act in Grozny Kills 8 - 4 April, 2003 - News

A terrorist act in Grozny's Sadovaya Street has killed 8 people, a source in the Chechen administration said on Friday. "The exact number of people wounded is yet unknown," said the source. It is known only that 9 locals and 2 police officers were rushed to hospital with various injuries.

The terrorist act was committed on Thursday. An explosion wrecked a bus, which carried builders returning from work.

Law enforcers have opened a criminal case for terrorism.
