A terrorist, suicide bomber, has been detained in Chechnya, RIA Novosti was told on Tuesday at the regional operational staff for controlling anti-terror operation in the North Caucasus.
Shortly before, the police detained a car, driven by a Chechen inhabitant, at the roadblock. The Kalashnikov machine-gun and a powerful home-made explosive device were found in the car.
