Aslan Maskhadov's soldier makes use of the amnesty in Chechnya

One person from the retinue of Aslan Maskhadov, the leader of the Chechen separatists, made use of the amnesty in Chechnya which was announced by the Russian President in June. RIA Novosti was told about it on Thursday by the official spokesman for the regional department of the Russian Interior Ministry.

According to him, he is a 26-year-old inhabitant of Chechnya. In the interests of the investigation and the safety of Maskhadov' former associate, his name and the post he occupies have not been made public.

As is asserted, he has given himself up and gave important evidence, telling the investigators about the leaders of illegal armed units who financed the terrorist acts and also about the training of "suicide bombers or shahides" in Chechnya.

The co-author of this disaster is the Dutch government, which did not find either strength or desire to save the lives of its citizens who were flying on that plane. The Dutch authorities did not demand Ukraine to comply with international aviation regulations
