Third worker found under rubble of collapsed building in Moscow's center

Emergency workers on Monday found the body of a third worker killed when part of a building under repair in Moscow collapsed over the weekend, an official said.

Two bodies had been found after the accident Saturday, and rescuers had been searching for two others feared trapped. They continue to search for the fourth person still missing, the AP says.

It was unclear what caused the accident, Emergency Situations Ministry spokesman Viktor Beltsov said.

Moscow is in the midst of a construction and renovation boom, and critics of the government say quality standards and worker safety are sometimes ignored.
