A cache with 400 kilograms of plastic explosive has been discovered in the Balashikha District of the Moscow Region, RIA Novosti was told in the Main Interior Department of the Moscow Region.
"The cache was found in the village of Chyornaya, the Balashikha District, Moscow Region, in the course of an inspection," said a member of the Main Interior Department of the Moscow Region.
The inspection was conducted in connection with the investigation of a criminal case, which was launched on the fact of the explosion at a McDonald's cafe in the south of the capital in October last year, he said.
During the investigation, the members of the investigation group have succeeded in finding the place, where the criminals stored explosives.
The content of the cache also included 765 cartridges of various gauges, fourteen electric detonators and a cartridge for an under-barrel grenade launcher, the member of the Main Interior Department of the Moscow Region said.
