19 people killed in terrorist act in North Ossetia

The number of people have been killed in the terrorist act in North Ossetia, a republic of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus, has reached 19.

Two women, wounded in the explosion, died in the hospital last night, a physician of the central regional hospital in the city of Mozdok said Friday.

The health condition of the other people wounded in the terrorist act is normal, he said.

Thursday morning a female suicide bomber blew up a bus, when it stopped at a railway crossing near Mozdok. The bus was carrying soldiers and civilians to a nearby military airfield. In the opinion of the law-enforcement bodies, the female terrorist planned to get into the bus and detonate her explosive at the air base.
