Bomb in parcel with TV-set

Officers of the Voronezh FSB department discovered a bomb in a parcel with a TV-set, Pavel Bolshunov, head of the Voronezh FSB public relations department reported.

The parcel drew attention after the addressee had refused to get it. He refused to take it saying that he had not expected any expensive parcels. The sender is unknown.

Police officers with a sniffer-dog discovered explosives in the box. The investigation proved that the box contained a TV-set with F-1 hand-grenade with an electric fuse installed in it.

Criminologists and engineers say that if the TV-set were connected to the electricity network it would blew up.

No signs of a terrorist attack have been found. The discovery of the TV-bomb is described as an attempted murder.

More than 5.8 million people voted for Nicholas Maduro at the presidential election in Venezuela. This is more than a quarter of registered voters. Why did those people vote for the man, who, as Western media write, took Venezuela to the brink of collapse?
