First Transgressors Of 2002 Arrested At Russia's Southern Rims

Border-guards have arrested a Romanian citizen attempting to illegally pass to Abkhazia from Russia near Sochi, a Black Sea resort. The press-centre of the Russian Federal Frontier Service reported on Tuesday that at present the Romanian's motives for transgressing the border were being looked into. Apart from that on the first days of 2002 two Iranians were arrested in an attempt to penetrate into Russia from Azerbaijan and another two transgressors whose nationality is being identified now.
