7 arms caches discovered in Chechnya

Chechen Interior Affairs officers discovered 7 arms caches over the past 24 hours.

All in all 5 assault rifles, 2 machine guns, 2 pistols, 2 grenade launchers, 3 hunting rifles, 372 bullets, 19 grenades, 14 cartridges for a grenade launcher, 12 shells, a mine, two homemade explosives, fuses and detonators have been confiscated, the Regional Headquarters on the Control of the Antiterrorist Operation in the North Caucasus told a RIA Novosti correspondent.

The measures to identify those involved in keeping the arms caches are being taken.
