A terrorist act ordered by Chechen separatist leader Maskhadov against the Chechen administration has been prevented.
Female kamikaze terrorist Milana Abayeva was arrested on the eve of the Victory Day celebrations, spokesman for the operative headquarters of the antiterrorist operation in the North Caucasus Ilya Shabalkin disclosed.
The interrogation showed, that the terrorist was preparing to commit an act of terrorism at the Dinamo stadium, Shabalkin said. According to him, the order to commit the terrorist act had been given by Maskhadov.
The law-enforcement bodies had the information about the planned terrorist act and therefore conducted special operations concerning the detection and arrest of terrorists, the Chechen Department of the Russian Federal Security Service disclosed to a RIA Novosti correspondent.
