During a police sweep in a Chechen town of Argun, 1.5 tons of saltpeter were found.
According to a report from RF Interior Ministry Department of Regional Public Relations Information, police found thirty 50-kg bags of saltpeter in a grain elevator warehouse.
Saltpeter, which might have been used for self-made explosive devices, was destroyed on site.
The co-author of this disaster is the Dutch government, which did not find either strength or desire to save the lives of its citizens who were flying on that plane. The Dutch authorities did not demand Ukraine to comply with international aviation regulations
