The blast outside the National Hotel in the center of Moscow injured 13 people, of which one is a Chinese-born woman, Moscow police spokesman Kirill Mazurin told journalists. All of them were taken to hospital. The spokesman also said that at present investigators were trying to identify four people that had been killed by the blast. Their bodies are still lying in front of the hotel.
According to the Moscow police, it is possible that a video surveillance camera installed at the corner of the hotel building has recorded preparations for and the terrorist act itself.
