Rescue units, police and secret agents, as well as fire brigades, ambulances and medics from the Catastrophe Medical Centre are currently working on the scene. The police report that a gas container explosion went off at about 11:30-11:40 a.m. Moscow time. The cause of the incident is now being investigated.
