Luzhkov warns that metro death toll may reach 50

The number of dead in the terrorist bombing in the Moscow metro system's Zamoskvoretsk line may reach 50, Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov said Tuesday on TVTs television. He said the current figure was 38 dead but that more than 100 persons remain hospitalized with injuries from the blast, including 20 in critical condition.
