One serviceman has been killed and three wounded in a motor column explosion in the Staropromyslovksy district of the Chechen capital, Grozny.
An unknown explosive device went off on the route of an Interior Ministry motor column consisting of two armoured personnel carriers and a KAMAZ truck, the Staropromyslovsky police department informed RIA Novosti on Thursday. The wounded have been taken to the Severny hospital.
Investigation has been launched.
