Armenia shells positions of Azerbaijan armed forces 120 times in one day

Officials at the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan said that the Armenian armed forces shelled the positions of the armed forces of Azerbaijan 120 times over the past 24 hours.

As previously reported, the ministry threatened to strike a missile blow on the city of Khankendi - the capital of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

"If the shelling of settlements along the line of contact in Karabakh continues, Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Zakir Gasanov ordered to be prepared for missile attacks on Khankendi," the head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Vagif Dargyahly stated. 

Meanwhile, it was reported that a group of Islamic State fighters from Azerbaijan (50-70 people) left Raqqa, Syria, to take part in the Karabakh conflict. According LifeNews, the group of terrorists set off to Karabakh via the territory of Turkey.
