One Man Killed, Another Wounded In A Blast On Chechnya-ingushetia Border

A powerful explosion thundered, Monday, on the Baku-Rostov federal motorway near the Kavkaz-1 check-point of the Chechen-Ingush border. One man of the special police force was killed and another heavily wounded in the incident, Ingushetia's interior ministry told the RIA Novosti news agency. An investigating team composed of Ingush interior ministry, Federal Security Service (FSB) and prosecutor's office staffers are working on the site at the moment. It is not clear so far whether it was a terror act or not.
