Police have evacuated a high school in eastern Canada following the discovery of an explosive device.
City police Cpl. Bobbi Simmons said Monday a 14-year-old student at Leo Hayes High School in Fredericton is a suspect.
Simmons says the incident began around noon local time when the school's resource officer was told the device was in the school.
An explosives disposal team was on the scene.
"We should use shock therapy to sober up the Americans. In this case, the Americans will speak about the need to resume dialogue. There is no other option"
The United States is concerned about the current crisis in the relations with Russia and suggests returning to reasonable policies to avoid a nuclear war
