Trinidad charges two Dutch men with trafficking liquid cocaine

Two Dutch citizens caught with several bottles of liquid cocaine at the Tobago airport were charged Saturday with &to=http://english.pravda.ru/society/2001/09/28/16594.html' target=_blank>drug trafficking, police said.

The men, ages 27 and 37, were trying to board a flight from Tobago to the Netherlands when authorities found the cocaine stashed in shampoo bottles in their luggage, police said.

The cocaine was valued at 4 million Trinidadian dollars (US$638,000;Ђ532,000). Each man carried half the drugs.

Police refused to identify the men until they appear in court. If convicted, the men face 25 years to life in prison.
