Four Killed in Car Collision Near St. Petersburg

Two cars collided head-on on Friday morning outside of St. Petersburg killing four and injuring five. According to Rosbalt the accident occurred around 6.26 a.m. in Pargolovo near house number 38 on Vyborg highway. One car was a Zhiguli-8, the other was a BMW. The driver of the BMW, a woman who according to early reports was the guilty party in the accident, said the St. Petersburg Main Directorate for Emergency Situations Press Service.

Those killed were S.V. Solko aged 40, A.A. Shrubov aged 39, E.A. Kuznetsov aged 40, and D.S. Teplostansky aged 20. S.Y. Vlasova age 26, Thomas Lonen age 39, Samseladze Lonen age 24, S.E. Samseladze age 20 were injured. The driver of the BMW is in critical condition in the hospital.
