Large-scale terror act prevented in Grozny

A large-scale terror act has been prevented in the capital of the Chechen republic. The Russian Interior Ministry reported on Thursday that the other day, troops carrying out a special operation had found 20 kg of ammonal, a high explosive agent, and 10 rocket launcher rounds of ammunition in the basement of a building located on one of Grozny's central streets.

Officers do not exclude that rebels have been plotting a large-scale terror act in the Chechen capital.

An operation to find those who had made the cache has been launched.
