Russian Interior Minister: Disarmament Terms Are Alone On The Agenda Of Federal Disputes With Spokesmen Of Leader Of Chechen Separatists Maskhadov

Disarmament terms are alone on the agenda of federal disputes with spokesmen of leader of Chechen separatists Aslan Maskhadov, so it is thoroughly wrong to use the word "negotiations" here, Boris Gryzlov, federal Interior Minister, said to RIA Novosti. Permanent district police boards are emerging in the republic to be finally manned and equipped next year, when it will be no longer necessary to send officers from other parts of Russia there, though the Chechen police will still need material and technical aid, added the minister.
