A man, named only as Ivan, was watching the terrible car accident happening in front of his very eyes on the other side of the road. The young man was staying in the service station, when he heard the squealing breaks, OTV-Prim news agency said. The accident took place in the city of Vladivostok, in Russia's Far East.
The eyewitness told reporters that he saw a speeding vehicle that started skidding off the road. The man saw the car flying up and then crashing into a bus stop. The next moment it flew over the bus stop and landed on the corner of the garage nearby.
Eyewitnesses of the accident rushed to help the driver of the Toyota Allex vehicle. They helped the man out of the car and called the ambulance.
The driver was hospitalized immediately. He suffered fractures of the cervical vertebra and a serious cranial injury.
The entrepreneur, who was building the bus stop, arrived at the scene soon afterwards. The businessman said that he hoped that the driver would cover the costs required for the recreation of the stop.
