Russian sailing ship arrested in South Korea

The Russian sailing ship Nadezhda has been arrested in the South Korean port of Pusan. The vessel was to leave the port at 6 a.m. Moscow time. The arrest was initiated by one of the international insurance groups registered in the Bermudas. This firm accuses the Far Eastern Maritime State University, which owns the sailing ship, of not paying $60,000 in debts, NTV television reported. The decision to lift the arrest can be made by a municipal court after 24 hours since the arrest was made.

There are 160 crewmembers on board the ship. The majority of them are cadets of the university.

Nadezhda is planned to come to Vladivostok on March 28.

More than 5.8 million people voted for Nicholas Maduro at the presidential election in Venezuela. This is more than a quarter of registered voters. Why did those people vote for the man, who, as Western media write, took Venezuela to the brink of collapse?
