Another Chechen policeman murdered in Grozny

A commander of a patrol platoon Ilya Anayev has been murdered in Grozny.

According to the Interior Affairs Department of the republic, Anayev was shot dead in his car on Friday night. Criminals stole his authorised pistol and his automatic gun, and disappeared.

On the previous day, unidentified criminals murdered Lieutenant Colonel and investigator of the Interior Affairs Department Saidi Akhayev in the Prigorodnoye settlement.

The department's officials remarked that four Chechen police officers had been killed in the past week alone and seven were wounded.

Besides, in the same period the criminals killed another two heads of local administrations in the Kalinovskaya settlement of the Shali district and the Tsotsan-Yurt settlement of the Kurchaloi district, as well as a deputy military commandant of the Achkhoi-Martan district in Chechnya.
