Over 300 Ukrainian soldiers killed in punitive operation

 

Speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Defense Council of Ukraine, Andrei Lysenko, told reporters on July 25 that during the time of the military operation in eastern Ukraine, 325 Ukrainian servicemen were killed and 1,232 were wounded. 

"During the entire period of the campaign against terrorism, 325 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 1,232 suffered injuries of various degree," said Lysenko at a briefing on Friday.

According to him,  13 Ukrainian military were killed yesterday, Interfax reports. However, he said nothing about civilian casualties.
