A 30-year Chechnya-native Russian citizen Ruslan Baligov was arrested on Thursday in Tbilisi. The detainee had a Glock pistol and a clip with eleven rounds in it. According to the press centre at the Main Police Department of Tbilisi, Baligov was arrested in a square in the Isano-Samgorsky district of Tbilisi. He claimed that he came to Tbilisi for treatment. Investigation into the case has been launched.
