Chechen head Akhmad Kadyrov: Everyone urging to hold negotiations with Maskhadov are Russia's enemies

The head of the Chechen administration in convinced that Maskhadov cannot possibly provide any guarantees that attacks on representatives of the Chechen legal authorities will have been stopped by the arranged date.

Kadyrov will be staying in Germany till June 27. The program of his visit includes speeches of the Chechen administration head in the German Parliament and Foreign Ministry.
