A secret armoury with 25 anti-tank missiles has been found in Chechnya's capital Grozny. They were in the ruins of a house in the town's Oktyabrsky district, according to the Regional Staff for the Control of the Anti-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus.
The shells were destroyed on the spot. The ammunition's proprietors are being searched.
Another cache situated in the ruins in Grozny's Zavodskoy district contained 9 grenade-launchers, 2 flame-throwers, about 100 grenade-launchers rounds, shells of 82- and 100-mm calibre and 2 kg of TNT.
According to the staff, three caches with weapons and ammunition were found in the town over the past 24 hours.
