A cache with ammunition has been found in Ingushetia

A cache with ammunition has been found by militiamen in Ingushetia.

As the RIA Novosti correspondent was told on Thursday by the chief of the press service of the Main Department of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District, Alexander Lukyanov, the cache was found in the south western outskirts of the capital of the republic, some 300 metres away from a motor road.

The militiamen took from it a hand-operated anti-tank grenade launcher, seven manual grenades with fuzes, 250 grammes of trotyl and about 400 cartridges for a Kalashnikov sub-machine gun.

The owner of this arsenal is being searched for.
