YUKOS oil company's CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky is allowed to receive all kinds of parcels within the framework of the established rules, head of the Justice Ministry's press service Boris Kalyagin said on Tuesday.
According to him, yesterday evening Khodorkovsky was transferred to a four-seat ward in the pre-trial detention center No.4. No complaints have come from Khodorkovsky so far concerning conditions in the ward, Kalyagin stressed.
On October 25, the Basmanny Court of Moscow sanctioned the arrest of the YUKOS CEO thus satisfying the application of the Prosecutor General's Office. Khodorkovsky will remain in custody till December 30 in compliance with the court's decision.
The Prosecutor General's Office accuses the head of the YUKOS oil company of large-scale property embezzlement by way of deceit as a member of the organized group, persistent non-fulfillment of the court's ruling which came into force, tax evasion and falsification of official documents.
