The assassins of the Bugaroi village election committee chairman have been arrested in Chechnya, the Republic Interior Ministry disclosed.
According to the data, provided by the Ministry, two active members of the illegal armed formations were arrested on Monday in the course of the special operation conducted in the Itum-Kalinsky district.
"The arrested terrorists have been constantly taking part in murders, plunders and robberies of local citizens," the Interior Ministry reported. In particular they are accused of a cold-blooded murder of the Bugaroi village election committee chairman Fatimat Ibraziyeva, who was killed in March, this year, RIA Novosti interlocutor said.
"The police managed to comply a considerable load of evidence regarding the two terrorists, who were the participants of the illegal armed formation under the command of Chechen warlord Gaziyev," the Ministry noted. At present the two terrorists are confessing in their crimes, a source in the Chechen Interior Ministry disclosed.
