Mischa Barton Out of Hospital and Returning to Work

Looks like Mischa Barton's tough times may be behind her. According to the Associated Press , a spokesman for the 23-year-old actress stated Monday his client would be returning to work on the set of the TV series The Beautiful Life , which is scheduled to begin shooting on Friday . Production on the CW drama was briefly postponed after Barton checked into an L.A. hospital almost 2 weeks ago for a still-undisclosed condition , Entertainment Weekly reports.

Meanwhile, The 23-year-old actress "will be resuming production as planned with the rest of the cast in NYC," her rep tells PEOPLE. "She's back to business as usual." The show is due to start filming Friday, People Magazine reports.

However, according to the talent list for the CW's press day at the upcoming TV Critics Association summer tour, Mischa Barton will not be joining her costars on the panel for her upcoming series The Beautiful Life , E! Online reports.
