The Iraqi Information Ministry claims that US and British warplanes dropped cluster bombs on the Iraqi city of Basra during raids yesterday. Basra is the second largest town in Iraq.
Iraq claims that 77 civilians died in the city and over 500 received wounds of various degrees of severity. According to the Iraq government, a fierce battle is being fought on the outskirts of the city. No details of US casualties were given.
The co-author of this disaster is the Dutch government, which did not find either strength or desire to save the lives of its citizens who were flying on that plane. The Dutch authorities did not demand Ukraine to comply with international aviation regulations
