China maintains peace on Korean Peninsula
The Chinese State Councilor, Yang Yiechi, said that the People's Republic of China is committed to maintaining peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula. He reiterated the Chinese Government's stance, calling it "consistent and clear."
"We advocate addressing and settling all issues through dialogue and consultation," Yang Yiechi emphasized. He furthermore pointed out that it was in the common interest of all relevant sides to use peaceful means.
