Russia to attract $30m from IBRD

The Russian government has approved the proposal of the Russian Health Ministry to sign an agreement with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on financing the project aimed at reforming the Russian health care system. The agreement envisages the allocation of a $30m loan maturing in 17 years to Russia. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has signed a corresponding agreement today, the Government Information Department reported.

The serving and paying off of the loan will be made at the cost of the federal budget resources.

The Russian Finance Ministry has been commissioned to allocate necessary funds to pay this credit in the drafts of the federal budgets.
