The veterans asked for a period of six months, until all questions regarding violations of the agreement between Russia and Germany are cleared up. The agreement deals with the issue of the maintenance and care of military graves. Otherwise, the veterans will use their right to denounce the decree, which was issued by the regional administration. The decree allows for the allotment of plots of land for the construction of German graveyards.
