Russian investigative authorities initiated a criminal case on counts of "public calls for extremism" and "public incitement to terrorism" against the leader of Ukrainian radical movement "Right Sector," Dmitry Yarosh, official representative of the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin said.

Furthermore, investigators intend to seek absentee arrest of Yarosh, who will be put on international wanted list, Markin added.

On March 1, an address to Chechen terrorist leader Doku Umarov to support Ukraine was distributed on behalf of Dmitry Yarosh. The page was blocked for a while, but when it opened again, the call for Umarov was not there.

Representative of the movement, Artyom Skoropadsky, soon denied the information, having said that the call for Umarov appeared after a hacking attack into the account of an administrator on a social network group. The next day, at the request of the Attorney General, Roscomnadzor blocked "Right Sector" page on VKontakte social network.
