The dollar rate on tomorrow deals has been fluctuating between 30.28 RUR/USD and 30.30 RUR/USD at a special session this morning.
Specialists of commercial banks link this small difference to the presence of the Russian Central Bank on the currency market. Experts say that the Central Bank was bidding for US currency at about 30.28 rubles per dollar and was selling dollars at a bit higher rate.
RBC's interlocutors also pointed out that the activity of commercial banks was considerably higher than yesterday. Dealers attribute this fact to the increased interest of market participants in buying US currency.
