Presidential election campaign to begin on December 11 in Russia

The Russian Federation Council will confirm the date of the presidential elections tomorrow and the election campaign will get under way on December 11. As Rosbalt reports, this was announced by Chairman of the Central Elections Committee Alexander Veshniakov.

The Federation Council is expected to schedule the elections for March 14 in line with Russian legislation.
