Trial of Slobodan Milosevic coming soon in Hague Tribunal

In February, the International Tribunal in the Hague will start the trial of ex-president of Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic. This may become the most scandalous trial on the planet since the Nuremberg trials. However, unlike during the Nuremberg trials, this time, adherents of global terrorism and evil plan to render justice.

The judges have already worked out a list of charges against Milosevic. The key accusation is “crimes against the humanity," accusations of genocide, and participation in genocide.

The events in Kosovo during 1999 are to be considered during the first trial. The date of the second trial has not yet been set. Milosevic’s role during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995 and in the conflict with Croatia is to be considered during the second trial.

There will be 90 (according to some sources even 110) people to testify against Milosevic, and about one third of them will do it anonymously. Sources in the Hague inform that all of them are experts: historians, policemen, and military men. Prosecutors will present 123 written statements and 55 video tapes to the court. The evidence are said to confirm Milosevic’s guilt.

The other day, the Tribunal held its last session before the trial’s beginning. As before, Slobodan Milosevic was taken to the court, and he was allowed to pronounce only the first phrases in responses to the questions of the chairman of the court. The rest of the answers could not be heard as the microphone was usually disconnected. The stenogram of the Tribunal’s session reveals this fact (the complete version is published on the official site of Serbia’s Social Party). At the same time, Mr.Milosevic was calm and looked rather indifferent. The ex-leader of Yugoslavia and incumbent chairman of Serbia’s Social Party resolutely refutes the Hague Tribunal. The Tribunal was not founded by the UN General Assembly, which is why it is illegal. Its activity is of a purely pro-American and anti-Serbian nature. Milosevic’s firmness is a reason to envy him, but only God knows what he really feels inside. Especially when Slobodan Milosevic knows perfectly well that he may be sentenced to a life imprisonment abroad at best, but his native land declared him a betrayer of the national interests.
