Today, an Il-76 aircraft of the Russian Emergencies Ministry will take to Moscow 10 people injured in a terrorist act in Beslan. The departure is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Moscow time, the information department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry told RBC. Yesterday, three aircraft of the Emergencies Ministry and one aircraft of the Defense Ministry took 62 injured people to Moscow, among them 43 children. In total, 104 people injured in the terrorist act in Beslan have been taken to Moscow hospitals so far, among them 69 children.
The co-author of this disaster is the Dutch government, which did not find either strength or desire to save the lives of its citizens who were flying on that plane. The Dutch authorities did not demand Ukraine to comply with international aviation regulations
