Chechnya: Four Bandits Blown Up In An Attempt To Install Explosive Devices

Four bandits were blown up in Chechnya when installing explosive devices. As the Russian Interior Ministry reported on Friday, on Thursday morning, not far from the village of Chiri-Yurt, Shali district, the bodies of two unidentified persons were found at the side of the road with injuries caused by mine explosions. They died about three days ago. According to one of the versions, the men were killed by the explosion of a ground mine when they were installing it. A similar incident occurred in the district centre of Shelkovskaya. Two bandits were blown up at the time of installing a home-made explosive device at the building of the former school. They died on the spot and are now being identified. Two Kenwood radio stations and fragments of an explosive device have been found at the scene of the incident.

On December 10, 1948 the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, its thirty articles enshrining basic and fundamental rights guaranteeing dignity of the human person and equality for all, regardless of race, color, creed or gender. A pipe dream?
